Orders
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your piece leaves our care, you'll receive tracking details by email.
We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes are only possible within a short window. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it ships.
A tracking link is sent to your email the moment your order ships. You can also reach out to our team directly for an update.
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can correct it. Once it's in transit, we'll work with the carrier on your behalf, though delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
All U.S. orders ship via ground courier and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of dispatch.
We ship to select countries outside the U.S. Delivery timelines vary by destination, generally 7-14 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over a qualifying threshold ship free within the U.S.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange any unworn piece within the same 30-day window, subject to availability.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items that don't meet this standard will be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Sizing
Our garments are cut with a classic, tailored fit — true to size, neither slim nor oversized. Built to move with you, season after season.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed drape, or sizing down for a closer, tailored fit. Check individual product notes for guidance.

Natural fibers may relax slightly after the first wash. Follow the care instructions on the garment label to preserve fit over time.
Product Care
Always check the care label before washing. Most pieces prefer a cold, gentle cycle and should be air-dried to preserve shape and color.
Waxed cotton should never be machine washed. Spot clean with a damp cloth and re-wax periodically to maintain water resistance and character.
Wool pieces are best dry cleaned or hand washed cold and laid flat to dry. Store folded, never on a hanger, to hold their shape.
Avoid the dryer wherever possible. Air-drying flat or on a wide hanger protects fibers and extends the life of the garment.
Store garments clean, folded or on sturdy hangers, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Cedar blocks help deter moths without chemical odor.
